  • Launched start up fabrication company and supported sales growth of: 160%, 40%, 38%, 72%, and 30% during inception years of business
  • Evaluated and purchased $7M equipment including 3 laser machines, 2 punch presses, and 7 brake presses
  • Designed, built and managed move from 30,000 square feet of leased space to 84,000 square feet building
  • Purchased all raw materials until 5th year of business
  • Developed and facilitated “behavioral” planning process for integration into goals and objectives and hourly operations levels program
