LASER OPERATOR-JOB DESCRIPTION-HOURLY POSITION

This position sets up and operates the Trumpf and Cincinnati laser cutting machines to produce products in conjunction with customer quality requirements and United Alloy manufacturing philosophies. Laser Operator is responsible for operating and processing parts according to print and traveler requirements.  Parts are nest to print. Monitoring machine cutting performance and efficiency are essential. In addition, this position is also required to adhere to United Alloy, Inc. policies, work instructions and procedures.

This position is available for 2nd shift.

 


 

PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN-JOB DESCRIPTION-SALARY POSITION

This position determines and implements best practices and methods for fabrication, welding, powder coating, and assembly processes to improve productivity, enhance ergonomics and overall plant flow. This position also requires travel as needed to sites and trouble shoot equipment problems and repair products in the field.

 


 

STOCKROOM COORDINATOR-JOB DESCRIPTION-HOURLY POSITION

This position works directly with Purchasing, Receiving, and Shop Floor personnel kitting and dispersing hardware for the organization as outlined in Bills of Material (BOM’s).

This position is available on 3rd shift.

 


 

SUMMER HELP-JOB DESCRIPTION-HOURLY POSITIONS

 United Alloy, Inc. is looking for mechanically inclined individuals to assist with our expansion.

 


 

WELDER-JOB DESCRIPTION-HOURLY POSITION

This position welds fabricated components, per custom or stock specifications, for sale to customers in conjunction with customer quality requirements and United Alloy manufacturing philosophies. Monitoring welding performance and efficiency are essential.

Positions are available on all shifts.
