Max joined United Alloy in 2018 as a welder. He never imagined that just a few years later, he’d be leading the charge in training the next generation of craftsmen. Today, as a Certified Welding Inspector and Weld Training Instructor, Max is the first face many new welders see when they join the UA team.

Welding
1st and 2nd Shift Welders
United Alloy is hiring experienced MIG Welders for heavy tank and structural fabrication at our Union, Ohio (Dayton area) facility. If you take pride in clean welds, strong tanks, and doing it right the first time — we want to talk to you.
What it takes:
- Proven experience in MIG welding (heavy tank or structural fabrication preferred).
- Ability to pass a stringent AWS D1.1 weld test on-site.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret complex welding symbols.
- Pride in performing your own leak tests and quality inspections.
- Experience with overhead cranes and a "Safety First" mindset.
